The 1355 4 WD unit is very difficult to get parts for. Other than that they are pretty similar to the newer 1365.
Take whatever a 1365 is going for in your area and discount accordingly for the 4WD unit. I had a 1355 4W drive and I would not even consider buying one unless the 4WD was in 100% working order or I knew where I could get my hands on a two wheel drive front end.
