Every so often, on a cold morning, my old IH 966 will not steer, and no power assist on brakes. My first thought was hydraulic oil was low, but no not the case, oil level was right up. Remotes work fine, so not the pump. I don�t put many hours on this old tractor anymore, and had changed out the hydraulic oil less than 300 hours ago. Wondered if some condensation had frozen and plugged the filter, so changed the filter, apparently this wasn�t the problem either. On a warm day, above 32F , no problem. This morning only 23F , and no steering. Any ideas?
