Had a '89 Dodge Dakota years ago that started to do that. If the temperature fell below 70 it would not start.
As the morning warmed up it would start. I took my wife's hair dryer and went around to all the components.
Found the distributor's pickup coil was failing. Bought a new one and fixed it.
