I bought the best Phonak pair 2 years ago from Costco, they work OK, still can't understand my wife! I think the Kirkland ones you got are probably the same for a lot less money, but my wife didn't want me to skimp, so what can I say! I do hear the TV and turn signals better, but I also hear a lot of background noise that I don't want. They were fitted and tuned by an Audiologist to my hearing loss.
