It looks like the pump is sagging but maybe the sag comes from the angle of view. I agree with the rest of the guys it needs to be mounted to the engine or tractor frame with at least 3/8 thick steel. 1/2" would be better. A flex coupler should be in the drive shaft. With the pump coupled solid you need alignment within thousandths or even ten thousandths of an inch accuracy if you want the pump bearings and the attachment to the front pulley to last and you can not get that kind of accuracy with a bolted on bracket. You might have to spend more than you planned on spending to purchase steel or have holes drilled or machining done at a machine shop to get the bracket made but it will pay off in the end. All you need to do is sit or lay under there and look it over. Then walk away for awhile and come back and look it over again. Sometimes it takes a few tries till the light bulb lights up.
