I was just in a "Pep Boys" chain auto parts store, and noticed that they had a large selection of square headed wheel lug bolts. If such a chain store is in your area, it might be worth a look.I happened to notice that most of them seemed to have a fairly fine thread, maybe metric - don't know. However, it might look OK from the outside.
