Probably should have noted I have been with ATT wireless with phones for 30+ years, have always had good service and support. You do have to question everything, double check on what they tell you and keep records but they roll pretty easy when you present your case and have your ducks in a row. No different than any other carrier. If you spend any time on the web looking at all the carriers you will find complaints against all of them.
The so called unlimited plans from all the carriers really have limits. Not sure how it will work out for us yet. We do stream allot of movies and I do not fully understand how you can have a 15Gig hot spot limit but a 50Gig data limit. Data is data in whatever form and that still makes me what....
