Philip, Yes up the outside. The guy I worked for made a hoist and I attached that to the top hoops. Shaped like a candy cane with a pulley it had a tab you stuck behind the hoop so you didn’t have to hold it while attaching the clamps. I have wrestled them without the hoist . Funny on the first job with him at 15 I was on the outside of a 45 footer and he asked if I was afraid of heights. I must of been shaking like a leaf on the ladder. Lol We only have 2 horses if I want to help the neighbors with the cows they say I’m more than welcome to stop by.
