That makes more sense. Many sealed silos have breather bags in the top to equalize the pressure between the outside and inside of the silo most likely that is what they were working on. Some sealed units can have the bags hang in another building which is a good idea as you can keep an eye on them for leaks easier that in the top of the silo. Still very sad but I myself have done things without thinking it through like I should have. Tom
