Threads on classic fall out of sight quickly no matter how many posts are made or when.
Threads on modern come to the top with every post made no matter when. Much easier.
Trying to make them both work in unison is a fools errand apparently as this has been attempted for who knows how long and it just doesn't work.
I don't know why the site operators don't just say it's either going to be classic or modern, one or the other not both and then do it.
I'm no computer genius but even I can see that choosing one and making it work right has got to be simpler and easier than trying to make these two systems interact smoothly together, it's never gonna happen.
Or... maybe the ones doing this work enjoy the aggravation and frustration that attempting to make them work together must surely bring.
