Have a 70's IN 966 diesel tractor. Was acting like it was loosing poser/rpm back in October. Replaced fuel filters in November and it ran fine. Tractor doesn't get a lot of use on my acreage. Went and moved snow on sunday and everything ran great. Was upper 20's. Went to do some clean up work on Tuesday from drifting and about 20 minutes in, started acting up. Was also in the upper 20's, but more wind. Not sure if jelling up or not. I added some diesel 911 additive and dumped in another 5 gall0ns of #1. I had a heat lamp on the filters for a couple hours. Fired right up, but did act a little funny right away. After a minute, was running smooth. let it run about 15-20 minutes. Was it jelling up, or could it be something else. Friend who is a mechanic for CAT said if it was the injector pump, it either works or doesn't Said it would act this way if it was the pump
