Got it. You're actually in "NE PA," as opposed to "North East PA," which is in the NW corner of the state... I once looked at a IH 244 that was for sale in North East PA--being sold by a gentleman named "Rollie" of all things. Not the most common name, so I thought maybe you were the same individual. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
