Your tractor was produced at a time of change and it has some strange features. The nose and grills are, as said, from a 1968 to 1975 County but the bonnet is from a 1966 to 1968 County which would have had a different grill and nose cone.
The 1004 was originally designated 954 (95 hp 4WD) with a Ford 2703E industrial engine. The 954 was produced from 1965 to 1967 when the engine was uprated to 100 hp (1004). In 1967 a further County, the 1124 was introduced with a further uprating of the engine to 113 hp and with a cast iron sump. This too used the early bonnet with louvres and the old style nose cone with the wrap around mesh grill. In mid 1968 the bonnet and nose cone changed to the smooth bonnet with no louvres and the nose cone and grill as you have fitted, when Ford introduced the Ford Force tractors in July 1968.
Pictures show the two bonnet/nose cone styles although these are on an 1124 they were the same on the 1004 apart from the bonnet "humps".
