What you've got there is a 560 with the Fast Hitch (or two point hitch as some call it). The cylinder you see drives the hitch. If you want a three point set-up, you have two options: 1. Buy the three point arms that go into the two point slots. If you get the new kit, you also should get the upper link set-up with it. I have seen people just fab in the upper link as well. 2. You can tear the two point hook-up off all together and install an after market three point unit ($400 maybe used and from $600 to $800 new). These units work very well and since you would have the hydraulic touch valve set-up already and the cylinder from the Fast Hitch, should be easy. As far as cost...BUY IT. Should be worth $700 to $1000 (or more) just to part out. If it runs...BUY IT or tell me where it is so I can buy it!!! Last one I saw at auction (just a farm unit, a little dinged but normal) went for $2750. Good luck, Woody in Ashland.
