Got some feeder pigs today. Got 12 that range in size from 30-50 pounds. Had a hard time finding some, none showed up at the sales barn for the last 4 weeks. Got these from a local farmer off Craig's list.
That meant I had to grind feed for them. Used my dc because it only got up to -2 on Saturday and there was about zero chance any of the diesel tractors would start, those old cases are not know for starting when it's cold. But that is no problem anyway because the dc handled it easy.
She got a pretty good load there, but the ear corn for the cows I ground later really made her bark. Handled it fine tho. Hopefully the weather will improve and I can start on some of my winter projects soon.
