At work I have to have a liscense for forklift, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, buggy/ golf cart and fall protection, all several hours a year for each. Then got to be certified for hot work, confined space and lockout/tagout all 4 hour classes each. Then the mandatory 1 day safety refresher and ITAR ( International Traffic in Arms) Training. Let's not forget the 2 day arc flash training!
