If the pump needs to be that far away from the crank pulley, it will need 2 flex couplings, one at the pulley, one at the pump, and a stronger mount plate.
That type coupling has limited angular misalignment, it's not like a U joint.
Be careful what you attach the mount plate to. If there is any flexing due to engine toque or frame stress from the loader, it can change the alignment under load.
Another option, if you can shorten the shaft, get the pump as close to the crank pulley as possible, and find a factory built shaft adapter made for that engine, you can hang the pump directly on the shaft with no flex coupling. The pump is then mounted with only a flexible bracket to prevent it from spinning. This allows the pump to self align, not effected by frame flexing or fixed miss alignment.
