I guess the idea is okay, it doesn't look like the execution of the idea is great. I don't see any lights on the dolly, but there might be. I'd prefer more tongue weight on the tow vehicle- if that dolly starts to weave around at speed, it could get really interesting really fast. Kinda gives up the advantages of a fifth wheel trailer.
We had a customer at my old job who pulled a Case 450 dozer on a home made trailer behind a Toyota compact pickup. The trailer had multiple C channel beams and twelve mobile home tires in pairs, probably weighted 4000 pounds all by itself, gooseneck tilt. No way the truck had enough weight to brake it, but he swore it was safe!!
