One time years ago some teenage Boy Scouts came to help with some projects at a building where i was a volunteer. One thing they were doing was putting blocking between the rafters at the top of the walls to keep the chipmunks from coming into the attic. We had some old 2x4s to cut the pieces from. One kid was measuring the spaces with a tape, the other one was measuring and cutting the blocks on a chop saw. The kid who was measuring called out "19 and two thirds inches" and the other kid repeated it back to him, and then cut it. The odd thing was that it fit in the space pretty good and tight. Zach

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
