In case you haven't noticed, American companies are no longer the leader in much except software. The 5G systems are Chinese. Our vehicles are mostly non-American. The only place we lead is where we have no competition, like healthcare and educational institutions. This may feel good short term when you buy a refrigerator, but when your smart grand kids are working for low cost wages (because the management jobs are in Japan) remember this. Upward mobility is a thing of the past. But who cares, we old geezers want cheap now!!!!!! I'm glad you like your imported truck built in a factory financed by a partnership between your state government and a foreign company and designed to put Americans out of work in another state. Boy, that is loyalty to America.
PS: the Japanese would never let us collude against their citizens, they are loyal to Japan citizens first!
