: How do you mount a front end loader to the tractor? It all depends on what type of loader and what type of tractor you got. Myself, I have an AC D-17 series IV with a Kelly 500 loader on it. The loader used to be on a FORD 5000 which was entirely too much tractor for that type of loader. It is welded in many places. The loader is mounted to the rear axel housing and also to the frame next to the engine. I don't take it off. I had the help of my friend when mounted the loader. the parts weren't too heavy.
