30 06 I got to fire the 30 cal bmg in the Navy. Was on the Repel Boarders team and had to qualify on it. Middle of nowhere at sea, shot at empty 20 lb metal coffee cans with the ends taped shut so they would float. It had a bi pod and we layed down on the deck to shoot. Shot it 3 or 4 times. Maybe a hundred rounds all told. Pretty fun thing to get to do when you're a 21 year old kid.
