That’s on the nv5600 6 speed transmission there are several mainshafts available now that are drilled for better lubrication to that bearing but a common fix for that one is Just to overfill by a quart . Garage man was really thinking when they engineered these but then again I had 96 sick five diesel 3/4 ton and it was overloaded with an 18 foot stock trailer with one horse in it had the power to pull it but the springs were flat This is my 92 dodge 3/4 ton with one horse and a baler on it and the springs still weren’t as flat as the chev running with just a tool box and diesel air compressor in it
