Ok now that everybody gave you there SNAKE OIL FIX , here is how i would address the problem . Pull the freeking valve cover and MANUALLY check each valve for smooth operation , check rocker arms for free floating ,check you push rods to make sure that you do not have a couple BENT push rods . If you have a sticking valve this can be caused by RUST , carbon build up or a bent valve . If it is rust or carbon probloem then get yourself a can of ZEP penetrating fluid this stuff is the best out there bar none , hard to find because it is NOT SOLD at the Walmarts or BIG BOX parts stores this is and industrial penetrating fluid . I buy it by the case and i can tell you it IS NOT cheap , it does not take much and you advised to use the spray tube and apply it lightly , a little spray here and there and a elf hammer will free up a stick valve in no time or a sticking rocker arm . It will NOT straighten out a bent valve or push rod . If the head has to come off then myself i would have the valve guides reamed and install bronze guide inserts as this will stop valves rusting to the guide , they are easy and fast to install.
