I think for most purposes, a light duty one will suffice. Reason being, they are easily handle, mounted and can still lift quite a bit, covering the more common tasks. I have a county line light duty one, just in case there is a need to hoist something and the backhoe is down or what have you. For what it cost, very handy and easy to mount quickly.
That one in the photo, that is something, telescopic, probably 1/4" wall or at least 3/16" wall tube, looks to have jack stands to keep it up at a height to mount easily. Nice with a cylinder to lift the boom that pivots up and down. It has the stiffener across the top, multiple holes for the clevis where you can set same for heavier loads, closer to the tractor. They must use a lot of front weight ballast, that boom and the multi-shank ripper must weight quite a bit. Very nice design, but looks to want a dedicated tractor or other machine to mount it to given how heavy it is.

I've already drilled the center of the bolt out with about 7/64" drill bit the entire length of the bolt. Only one end of the bolt is visible. I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
