Look on eBay. You'll want a shop manual for sure and an operators manual is very helpful for learning the tractor. You'll most likely find reprints, but I have found most of them functional. I got my TO-30 manual from Tractor Parts Inc in KY and was happy with it. Their email address (in 2005) was tpi@glasgow-ky.com I don't know if it is still viable. Good luck, and enjoy the tractor!
