As others have said pretty straight forward. First thing I do is loosen the disk scraper mounting angle iron to slide the scrapers away from the blades. It will be much easier for removal and install of the gangs with the scrapers out of the way. If you can get the disk on concrete, it will be much easier to install the gang with a floor jack in the center lifting slowly into place and within close eyesight. If the 37 uses spacers through the bearing, they may need to be trimmed a bit if having trouble tightening the gang bolt. This is because the spools have become worn which the spacer will not allow full tightening of the gang bolt. Difficult to explain, take it apart and you'll see what I mean about the spacer and worn spools. Be very careful at disassembly so blades, bearings, and spools can be reassembled in the right order. Bearing grease zerk to the rear.
