Yeah, I don't think you're going to have to worry too much about getting in trouble with anyone unless you work for an actual dealer. It's not a crime to own one of these tractors, though some dealers would like to see it made one.
This is an old tractor too, and a Mitsubishi, not a Kubota, so I don't think a Kubota mechanic has to worry too much about his job or his boss's franchise.
I second the notion that if you have other tractors, use the same hydraulic oil as you use in them. As old as this tractor is, I can't imagine it has any exotic materials or mechanisms in the transmission that require special additives or oils at this point.
