In today's world raw milk must be processed. There is no way for a cheese plant to process and bottle the milk. Plants that packed for schools have no way to put in gallon or even half gallon containes. The stores will not buy the pint and 1/2 pint boxes the schools use and they would not have a bar code for today's stores to even scan. There is also milk being dumped in PA and NY. Class III milk price is forecast to below $13 for May. No dairy can produce milk for that. This is going to be very hard on the smaller farmers and I guess hard for almost everyone else as well. Tom
