The filter can be changed with only a small (1.5ish gallons) messily coming out of the cover/filter chamber. Open center Hydraulics don't like 2 valves at once. The Higher output pump is certainly an option. If you are not using the PTO and loader at the same, putting a much higher output PTO pump on it might be a easy and no intrusive way to get the action you want. It would allow curling the bucket, and raise/lower at the same time if one was attached to the OEM hydraulic, and the PTO ran lift and drop. Jim
