You are soundly in the area of killing someone with those RPMS. On a practical note, those engines are limited on air due to small valves, so higher RPM does not gain you anything. I think Goldburg has a head with bigger valves installed. In retrospect I should have bought one of those when I redid my MH44 EFI, or gone with standard pistons and turbo, as it runs out of air at 1600 RPM.
