Sooner or later, we have to either go back to work or simply starve to death. Cattle are being slaughtered and buried because that is nobody to process them. The same with hogs.
Vegetables are being plowed under because there is nobody to pick or process them.
The law of nature is that this will run its course for better or worse. So, do you get it today or tomorrow? Or at all?
Also remember that those who have had it and survived are no longer at risk. Once they are no longer contagious, they can go back to work with no further risk - either to themselves or the public.
