Got the mag repaired by a VERY competent guy in MN. reinstalled and it wants to kick back when cranked. When I removed the mag, i put a scribe mark on the case and block to keep it in the same position. Which direction do I move it to retard the spark (viewing it from BEHIND) so it doesn't kick when cranking? Also, when it's running the rpm surges up and down about 1/3 or more throttle.
Also, the weep hole below the Governor housing the mag attaches to drips oil when running. Is there a seal that is replaceable if the mag is removed ?
Thermostat housing bolts leak at the top. Previously someone said washers should stop it, but they don't. Any ideas?
