What gets me is the town property where the owner has no other expences to make a living pays same amount of tax the farm owner pays on house and yard but then because he is owning his bussiness they also tax him on the entire value of the property for the school, not just on the residence. Equal tax on each home I can seebut then the bare farm ground is what paus the tax to run the schools while the town property owner only pays a very small percentage of the amount of tax the farmer pays for to operate the schools. That school tax on property should be same for house and yard in either in town or on the farm. Farm ground should NOT be paying school tax as how many school kids does the bare farm ground raise to go into the school. Fair is fair and farmers paying school tak on the farm ground that the city person has nothing to compaie to it is WRONG. And renters should not be allowed to vote in property tax on something they do not own. Most schools that build newschools if only the property owners could vot on the tax to build them would not get built as the renter that thinks it does not affect his mony will vote for that new school when the old one is perfectly good but some people get the new diese. Remember that the property owners think the old school is perfectly good for their kids while the renter thinks otherwise.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
