I have a one wire on my 9N Ford. The old thing idles at almost nothing and I cruise around the farm on it. If I forget to rev it up it doesn't begin charging. All the others have 3 wire and work perfectly. Its really a two wire cause one is only a few inches long and goes from the output to the pin next to it. We have some instruction here if you decide to go 10si. It is very easy to do and cheaper.
