Got a call the other day from the ZEP rep. telling me that if i placed and order , i was about to call anyway to get my usual case of penetrating fluid , that he had a buy one case and get a second case FREE and that they have just come out with a SUPER new penetrating fluid and the special price for the case was 115 dollars and change . Told him ok send me two cases of the 45 and let me try two cases of the NEW . Four days later FED X pulls up and the driver comes up the five steps off the side walk carrying four cases and gets to the FIVE steps coming up on the ft. porch and air mails them the rest of the way one can let go instant mess the box is soaked and i have 16 ounces running across the wood . At least that piece will not have any termites in it . Called Fed X and it was like who cases , so i called Zep and let them know that i will not buy anymore from them if they are going to ship Fed X and now one can short on the order , The girl i was talking to was pleasant and said she could not just ship one can as they would have to break a case BUT they did have a THREE pack and she would ship that at no charge. Myself and my friends have been using this Zep products going on 52 years and i have found nothing that will match it or even come close .
