I live in a rural county that doesn't have too many people. I also check a national Covid19 site that lists all the Covid19 cases for each county in the USA. Two days ago, there was the first case listed in my county. Big news, right? So I talk to a lady who works at the local, small hospital and she said that a trucker who had moved away from our county SIX MONTHS AGO came down with the virus. The trucker no longer lives in this state, but had never applied for a new driver's license, so our county officially has the it's first case. No, the government won't take the "hit" off our county, so I guess we are now officially listed as having our first Covid19 case. I know more will be coming, but it's funny how they quickly put a Covid19 statistic down, but won't take it off now that there really isn't a case here yet.
