The 8 speed model 3000 tractors submitted for testing at Nebraska had live ptos controlled by a 2 stage clutch. Clutch all the way down, everything stops. Clutch half way down, tractor stops but pto keeps running. These were test numbers 888 gas and 881 diesel.
