Shut off the valve above the glass bowl. Loosen the bale holding the glass to the metal. Swing the bale out of the way (careful, the glass might be loose at this point). Remove the bowl and empty it into a tin can or anything but styrene foam. If there was nothing in the bowl but that small amount in the bottom, the outlet in the tank might be plugged up. Use that can, and put it under the opening of the valve. Open the valve and let fuel out. if cruddy, keep letting some out till it runs clear. You may need to replace the gasket if it gets destroyed. Auto parts stores have them, match the size, and thickness. Don't ask what it came off of. Jim
