Thanks to everyones help, I got my super C running. It was a simple job, I just replaced the points with the new parts that came in the kit I ordered. I had to charge my battery a little, but it fired right up and seemed to run pretty well.
I noticed it seemed to bog down a little when in higher RPM, but that only happened once and I drove it around a little and it did not have any problems.
The only thing I noticed with the actual points assembly is that the two points are not perfectly lined up when they close. I tried to adjust the points so they line up perfectly when they touch, but they just will not line up because the one point fits into a machined groove so it cannot twist or move at all.
I used my calipers and a metal shim to set the gap to 0.020 inches. Like I said, the tractor runs pretty well now, and except for the bogged down feeling that ONE time, it seems as good as ever.
