Change the oil and filter. I second or third going to the 15w40 oil. That's what I run in all of mine, including a 460lp. If you go to the manufacturer website and read the fine print you'll find that these oils are intended for mixed fleet use.
As for the pressure, old factory gauges can be off and some of the new "made for" tractor gauges are also off. Personally, I have completely given up on aftermarket tractor gauges. I use Auto Meter or Stewart Warner gauges as they've held up for me over the years. There may be some good restoration type gauges out there but neither I nor my kinfolk have found them yet. The ones made in India seem to be the worst.
It's normal for oil pressure on this old stuff to drop somewhat once things warm up. 25 does seem a little on the low side. I wouldn't worry with 30. As long as it's not knocking or making glitter in the oil then it's most likely ok for what you're doing. If you were depending on it to do heavy tillage work then you might consider a rebuild before something gets damaged. For shredding and blading and chore work I think it will be fine with good oil.
The heat from the main case is normal. Were you able to get the transmission filter changed?
