This is interesting- my 4590 M&W chain baler did that on 2 bales on me. The chamber was mostly full both times, but I was on a hillside and was in a lower gear than I normally run. I could only attribute it to the short, fine hay that was mixed in with the taller stuff and ground speed. I had to lay under the baler and pull the hay out by hand. You are in Ohio, and I am in northern Kentucky, so maybe the short hay this year has something to do with it(we had a cold spring). Or, something else is wrong with your baler. Mark.
