We finished our 1st cut hay Monday. After 3 days of heavy T storms in the mid Atlantic area last week the weather cleared out Saturday. We were baling by Sunday evening which is incredibly fast drying considering the ground moisture. With both balers running we can wait until evening and load up wagons fast. Our daughters helped out too, which makes things easier and fun. Here are my breakdowns: 1 flat wagon tire, 1 broken tedder tine, 1 broken baler pickup tine and the hay elevator was jamming at the bottom drive cog. About 4 missed ties in 2k bales. Very minor stuff. Hope your June is going well. The long days make it the best month of the year.
