Here in western Pennsylvania I have torn down and cleaned up three barns for my own use of material and a little bit of selling lumber. I suppose with the right contacts and situation you might make out OK but I have never had much success in trying to sell lumber. Definitely a LOT of hard work! Neighbor barn was torn down and removed by Amish a couple years ago, they paid $500 for the whole thing.
