Dad lost his billfold while discing a flat 30 acre field. Went to the house and hand loaded 4 sections of a pull type rotary hoe in the bed of a 58 International pickup. Threw in a log chain and returned to the field. Unhooked the disc, tied the hoe to the front of the tricycle JD 3010 with the chain. Ran across the field in the insane reverse on the 4-7 slot. Facing the hoe from his advantage in the comfortable seat he soon slung the billfold sky high! Disassembled the hoe on hard ground, pushed the sections up a a short plank back into the IH pickup , hooked the tractor back to the disc and erased his folly from my uncle’s stern view!
