i just went through all this pain due to a herniated disc in lower back for the last 6 months. had to use cane also for first couple months and back brace. doctor was giving all kinds of different pills and nothing killed the pain in left leg. could not sleep at night either for first while. was going for physio couple times a week. just takes time and it will heal. i just got ok'ed last week for work. i waited 4 months to get MRI done due to this virus but healed in the mean time. my chiropractor said exactly what i had and doctors where just giving pills and presuming, thats why MRI was ordered.
