If you have a removable plate over the lifter gallery, the stuck lifter can be freed up by cleaning the exposed part of it, then polishing that part with 600 grit paper, Just remove rust. Then using PB Blaster, or liquid wrench, soak it some. Turn the engine so that lifter is not being pushed by the cam, and tap it down ward. Turn the engine so it comes up again, and repeat 5 times or so. Eventually it will free up enough to be pulled out and cleaned up, along with the gallery hole. The bent pushrod is from a stuck valve on that cylinder. It may be unstuck now, but it was stuck enough to bend the pushrod, so it might need to be freed as well. Let us know. Jim
