Spent most of Saturday in the barn. Moved sickle mower frame over so drive shaft was straight. Then greased it up good. Found a zerk on one u joint that was broken off. Looks like it never got grease. Fixed that. Also , after close inspection we saw that the inner part of drive shaft was bottoming out. So we trimmed it a couple inches. Then tightened up a couple sections and adjusted the wear plates. Cut my lawn for 15 minutes and only got one clunk sound, that was when i locked up one back tire and whipped around hard. Maybe that's fixed. Then we put a starter on the "new" cub. And new metal gas line on the 951. Fuel cutoff under gas tank was leaking so rebuilt it. Also got new water pump on. Got fan and alternator back on. Now the float is sticking!! Grrrrr.
