Friday morning the wife and I decided since we have not been anyplace this summer, to go up to the Amish country. Little did we know till we were eating that there was a steam show going on with tractor pulls at 6:30 and it was 5:00 then. So we had a super enjoyable evening watching the pulls. There were no prizes or trophies given, it was purely just for bragging rights. I believe it was a lot better that way cause for the most part it eliminates cheating (I'm sure there was some). I got to watch an old Cockshut beat out some AC WDs and JD As and an Alice 180 do a full pull beating out the others including the JD 4010s and 4020s. We had super good food at Mrs. Troyer's restaurant and enjoyed watching the steam tractors and the pulls. We stayed Saturday and sure enjoyed the hospitality of that area, but I was glad to be home again this afternoon
