Yup you can but what is the height to the top. MN is a 13'6" state unless they changed it in the last couple of years. Really need to know if you are going to go through Austin on I-90 there are a couple of bridges that are not very high there. Only 13'6" probably a few inches higher. They didn't route me through there with over height loads in the past. Don't let the tires down to far if you want the tires as if they rub inside it will ruin the tires and tubes.
